For Sole traders and Partnerships, we require a SIGNED application form supported by a current business plan, this includes a personal asset and survival statement and a cashflow statement covering the next 2 years trading and other details as per page 6 of the pack.

For Limited Companies, we require a SIGNED application supported by a current business plan, 2 years annual accounts and the other details as per page 5 of the pack.
